So I made this account many many months ago, but want to change my name, do VIP has the ability to do so? 

Yes. If you purchase VIP, you will be able to change your name.

You need VIP/Sponsor.

You'll be able to change your name 3 times a month then.

Also don't make another account if you don't like your previous name, since it will get you banned.
