To my knowledge, getting a fire cape with 1 pray is possible (seen videos, and understand the basic concept). Looking for someone relatively experienced in this to attain a fire cape on my 1 pray account (mid-high range level, mid-high hp level). Only looking for individuals with a high feedback score; priority going to those that have a fire cape service already.

People say the Jagex updated it (the spawns) or something to where it's not possible anymore. It might be but you'd be paying 100m+ probably
