I don't see a reason why they would have a day specified to banning more bots. It would be a lot more logical for a method such as this to be on random day(s) throughout the week to ensure people botting wouldn't be able to get around it. Again I am mostly botting for development purposes only. So you could say using your own scripts could help to. I normally run all my scripts just to test and watch them and see if I don't like something.
