so i purchased vip yesterday, then cancelled the monthly subscription as i was only wanting to test the mirror client, the vip says it expires on November 4th, however I appear to no longer be a vip and it wont let me select mirror mode when loading the client....

could someone please advise me as to what to do?

It's an issue, so when u cancel the recurring payment via paypal, it automatically removed your rank. It will be fixed soon, don't worry.
