I cancelled the subscription so I wouldn't have recurring charges, but it said I would still be a VIP until November 5th. The payment has already gone through for this month, so I'm wondering why I don't have my VIP status.

I already cancelled the subscription through my account settings, but I should still have a month of VIP status from today until November 5th. My problem is that I don't actually have the VIP features that I paid for.

metalvana Posted October 5, 2015 Author Posted October 5, 2015 (edited) I cancelled it through the 'Client Area' --> Purchases section on this site. When I clicked on the cancel button, a pop-up came up saying that my VIP status would remain for the next month since I have already paid for this month.
