Hi, about half an hour ago I bought a 1 month VIP subscription. I cancelled the subscription so I wouldn't have recurring charges, but it said I would still be a VIP until November 5th. The payment has already gone through for this month, so I'm wondering why I don't have my VIP status.

I'm not trying to cancel my VIP through the forum. I already cancelled the subscription through my account settings, but I should still have a month of VIP status from today until November 5th. My problem is that I don't actually have the VIP features that I paid for.

Account settings through the forums? Maldesto will fix it for you.

I cancelled it through the 'Client Area' --> Purchases section on this site. When I clicked on the cancel button, a pop-up came up saying that my VIP status would remain for the next month since I have already paid for this month. Is there some other way that I should have cancelled it?
