The rules are rules, you can't have more than one forum account. If you could have as many as you wanted, people would make multiple to bypass the bot limit for non-vip users. It's your own fault for forgetting your previous information. Try recovering your account through your email. If you're not sure what the email connected to your account is, I'm sure the moderators will tell you the email. Worst case scenario you just have the mods delete / ban your old account and you just use this one.
