You can level its stats as high as you need to to complete the quests, but the lower you can make the stats the better. Also the prayer and attack levels can only be leveled from doing quests. At the moment I am looking for a quote because I have no idea how much it will cost. Kind regards.

If 11 prayer, would need high hp, which means would need eg 80 str to get that hp so can't do this unless you'd be willing to pay for combat levelling also, can do it minus dt though
