Can i just add, the exact same thing has just happened to me... he stole 7.6m + around 1m in items from me. So he is defo a scammer. Just plain sad. I will make my own appeal if this one is not enough.

currently about to go into business... 17m for 15 prayer 85 ranged on a new acc (botted, but he has ensured me that i will be refunded if it is banned). payed 7m first, provided some basic equipment and 600k cash for d hides etc. will be paying the next 10m when it reaches 50 ranged and avas quests done. will keep updated!
