I am also currently doing an order for him, which is how we met each other. He told me how he uses other sites like Sythe, so I though that was pretty cool since I use it too. I then checked his Sythe profile a couple days later and he was banned for a string evasion. 

 

I'm not sure how I go about completing the order, as I don't want to work for someone who scams and evades, and I don't want to have to refund said person either. If I have to do one or the other though, just let me know, and I suppose I will, but yea, just wanted to bring this to your attention, thanks!

Alright, and the order he has for me right now 8m 07 gp goes to me per account for 3 accounts. The accounts are supposed to be trained from 1-1-1 to 60-60-30. I don't feel comfortable in this situation honestly, so I could refund him part of the gold and give him the accounts, or I could wait to see how this plays out, but I don't want to complete the order in its entirety. The accounts are already 60-45+30 on all three. So just let me know what I should do, and I'll do it.

Ok thanks, how much gp should I refund him do you think? He's paid me 8m per account. I got them waterfall and lost city done as well as grinded out 60 attack, 45+ str, and 30 def on all three accounts. The goal was 60/60/30 like I originally stated, so I would say I've done quite a bit of the work, the rest is just afking at rock crabs. Do you think refunding 1m per account and relinquishing all rights to be on the accounts is fine for now? That's over 10% refund and I'd definitely say I've done about 90% of the work required

Waterfall expedites the xp, accs already had the wc and crafting for lost city so he did a 5 minute quest on them as well, to once again, expedite his xp. I'm not paying for that "burden"

Waterfall is a decent length quest that isn't afkable like rock crabs are, so you have to take that into account. The first 60 stat also takes considerably longer to achieve than the second one. You can't use the xp as the % because of these factors. I would say the first 60 stat is about 48% of the work, the second 60 is about 40% of the work, and the 30 defense is about 12% of the work. So 48+12=60. Then I've done about 15% of the second 60 stat so 15+60=75. 

 

If you want 25% back, then a mod can let me know to do that, but once again, I don't feel like I should be giving a scammer/evader anything at all.

We've discussed this in staff chat earlier and also came to the conclusion that you have about 70 percent done, as leveling strenght to 60 was one of the difficult requirements.

Edit: I've calculated the XP and you've done 63 percent of the work. He never asked for the quests to be finished, it was just an ability to get some free XP, so we can't look at that aspect.

Are you aware that Thexokid offered 5 percent off the service because it took you a little bit longer?

That means you'll have to refund 35 percent, instead of 30.

It did not take a little bit longer. The time frame was a week, and today is the 8th day, but I was trying to resolve this yesterday which would be the 7th day. Plus the server side issues of Runescape have made it IMPOSSIBLE to do anything the past few days. And shouldn't I give 30% back, since the original refund was 25%?
