I had around 14-15 credits on my account that I wanted to use to re-purchase vip. But now they aren't even there?

I did pay for them and I did have them at a point. Once my VIP expired, my credits vanished. I didn't want to show the invoice numbers but maybe if you could help me privately I'll show them although I'm not sure if that'll help. I just don't really know what to do.
