Explanation: Messaged @James to get barrows gloves for me, and he said @Lynx Titan could do it, @James got banned, and @Lynx Titan had a sperg rage and took items off of my account. is fully aware that I do not owe him anything, and neither does @James. He cancelled the order because @James is banned, but @James has refunded me in full the 82m payment - even after he is banned.

Not sure what you are disputing, as that isn't clear. Leave james out of it, could not care what his situation was in this. What exactly did lynx titan scam you of and how?

-User DDOSED me so now I'm done with him.

-I trained 60 mining

-I trained 55 woocutting

-I trained 61 crafting

-I did Shilo village + other quests

-I told him I took smoke battlestaff of payment for that, as he said he didn't want service continued, in my terms of service I'm allowed to do that.

-I took the rest of the items (roughly 250k and 80k mind runes) as James got banned with 82m he was middlemanning with, I clearly stated I did that for his safety and returned those items without problem.

-Overall was sketchy person in general.

Do you have any proof of him DDOSing you?

Also @Mage never posted on your thread. So only global terms apply, and not the ToS that you changed and are trying to apply without approval of a mod.

Edit: He just said "never ddosed anyone, that's illegal" yet showed proof of him saying "I'd do it anyways" Can we say dispute closed since he just lied?

You partially completed the service but cannot just take item freely as will for payment when you cancel .

 

@Mage can choose to issue that as payment if he wants or you two can come to an agreement for what @Lynx Titan is owed.
