• Console output / terminal output - 
• Crash report if a crash occurred - No crash
• Script that you ran - Extreme Tabs
• Hooks that failed - Not sure
• JVM/Browser bit version (32 / 64) - 32

I've seen that error message , did you enable the run orbs (at the top of the minimap?) or did you hide those
