Zikama
Does Jagex store all of your transaction/billing history anywhere that you have access to? Like when you sign in on the homepage. Kinda curious It could really help me.
WillOSB
https://secure.jagex.com/m=billing_core/k=3/manageagreements.ws Like this? Edit* Just realised this doesn't include billing ID etc, sorry about that. Edited August 23, 2015 by WillR
Dieze
I don't think so, Jagex will store it but you won't have access to view it. If you did if a hacker gained access to your account, they could retrieve all the transaction IDs to in future have better hold of your account in forms of recovery
Zikama
https://secure.jagex.com/m=billing_core/k=3/manageagreements.ws Like this? Not a bad shot, but unfortunately it only looks like this page is to cancel any recurring subscriptions you may have and not actual view old ones and their history. Thanks tho. Massacre
Nope you can't get the transaction id from anything other than paypal or your email. To my knowledge atleast. That's why you always write them down afterwards If they put your billing information on your account, if your account ever got hacked etc. The hacker would have access to all of that. Okay, let me ask in another way. I successfully recovered an old account (for one that bought it off me, which had been locked) I used a Transaction ID, which I believe corresponded to that account, without knowing for sure, since the name on the transaction file is not a name I could remember on that account, but I assume it has just been the current display name that It had when I purchased membership at that particular time. Now the question is; Would I have been able to successfully recover an account without having the correct Transaction ID inputted, but still manage to recover it based on the accuracy of the other info provided? Bobrocket
If it's your actual account, you should be able to ask Jagex for all the information they have on you for a fee of up to £10 as per the data protection act (since they operate in the UK). This could very well include full transaction details, however you may need ID to confirm and all.

In fact I've had to recover it a total of 4 times over the past 2½ years. But have you every had any real experience with that? or Know anyone who managed to do what you're stating.
