Step 1:
Do a quest called "tower of life"

Step 2:
Get ardy teleport

Step 3:
Buy some cowhides, as many as you can gonna be like your profit. 

Step 4:
Bring a normal gear, water staff and some laws(for fast banking). Then keep killing them unicows so easy, 2-4 unicorn horn per drop.
