Looks really pointless, honestly I wish they'd fix the minor bugs and kinks that are wrong with the game right now.

This is exactly like Mists of Pandaria. Panadas were meant to be a joke. Sailing was meant to be a joke. 

I actually kind of like this idea. They said it's going to unlock new training areas and likely will end up having new places to skill away from other users that don't have high enough sailing level.

 

I'll wait until it comes out before I start pulling out my pitchfork
