Vip renewal but I set it not to renew

Hi,

My VIP renewed on the 8th August and I just noticed that it did, this I found weird as somebody I think maybe artic gave me a link to cancel my VIP several days beforehand, it said VIP and the expiry date and I toggled it to 'non renewing' or something along those lines.

I then checked my PayPal today and have been billed for this, I have £0 in my PayPal now and cannot afford something like this to be payed, I would appreciate it if the VIP could be refunded as I would have absolutely no use of it.

Me neither, there's no vip badge.

 

Must have been fixed, said I was VIP until september 8th
