Can anyone deblur a photo for me?

Random af but i found this old picture of an ex but i cant get to not look like shit. Its super blurred and just thought id see if anyone had an editing software or something that could fix it. hmu please would really appriciate it

I believe that I wrote something about a year ago to do this in Matlab. 

If you want to send me the image I will see if I can find my code to deblur the image. 

 

No promises though, Im not sure where I put all of those old files.

ex = past, don't get back to that time or you'll regret it in 95% cases.
