goodmans Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 since im taking extra classes over summer i need to study, but i cant bring myself to do so. what are peoples techniques in order to get themselves to remember useless programming shit and computing shit required for exams? halp pls
Epsilon Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Read it, then read it again, then read it again, then read it a few more times. I digest information best over long periods of time, I start revision (studying) very early so that I have time to cover my modules 7 or more times. People vary though, it's all about finding what kind of learner you are, I have friends who like to make stuff look pretty whereas I barely even make any notes.

Some people find it useful to teach others what you are trying to learn.

ILoveJames Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Improve your memory as Epsilon said. Also don't get distracted by technology e.g. TV/Phone.
