I have recently been very inactive and I have an outstanding order with @Beezmans

He hasn't been online when I have and I am feeling guilty that I have not had enough time to complete the service.

I am opening this dispute before he opens one on me and everything gets out of hand.

I am happy to refund the money owed to him or finish the service off for him.

 

The problem is I can only pay through paypal at this current moment.

    As he has become abusive and I'd rather not go through that again.

    I'd rather refund him and block him and have no more dealings with him.

    So you're paying directly using VISA? Is it possible to send it using funds on your PP?
