Actually no, the maximum FPS you can get is 50 whilst your ingame and at login screen you get maximum 111.

FPS is capped at 51 or 52, can't remember which. You're fine.

I get 8-9 FPS on 8 bots running on 1 client on my laptop and it doesn't lag. It would be awesome to have them at 50 FPS though
