Auto-login / F2P world select / Incorrect login details

Featured Replies

Okay, basically here are 3 current bugs that are still present for the core client.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Getting stuck on auto-login:

I believe this bug is only affecting mirror mode users BUT I talked to @MGI about it and he said it is due to the core client.

You can refer to this thread: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/71567-getting-stuck-on-auto-login-v1054/

2) The client is still chosing F2P worlds: (Again, I think it's affecting mirror only but @MGI said it's a core problem)

Yes, I am using the in-game world switcher, this works perfectly, it never choses F2P/PvP worlds. Every so often, an account will get booted to the login screen. Whenever this happens, it ALWAYS ends up with a F2P world selected, (90% of the time it's world 308) and the account will just keep trying to login but it can't because the account is in a members area so after an X amount of attempts, the script terminates because it can't login. Before the in-game switcher came out, the client was having a ton of problems with hopping using the old method that NEVER got fixed so it's still present. I have yet to catch how it actually happens but it does.

3) The client still types in your login credentials wrong.

I know that the client will keep trying to login if it messes up but this bug is still present. It usually just skips a character in either your username or your password. Even though this bug does not affect you to the point where it's rendering it unable to bot if your account logs out, it should still be fixed non the less.

No issues whatsoever using Stealth Injection version 2.3.77. Have you tested this against the core client?

2)

You should be getting kicked to the main screen with the last world you were logged in to. If you were logged into World 308 before getting kicked, World 308 will be selected at the login screen.

3)

Not having an issue with this at all in stealth injection mode version 2.3.77, or any versions prior to that.

Please test against the core version, not mirror mode.

1) I tried to see if I could get this to happen by simply starting a script and if it would start to type in the account credentials, I'd stop it and restart it over and over to see if it would get stuck. I tried doing this on osbot .75 and .77, and on mirror. I wasn't able to have it happen when purposely getting trying to get it stuck, all I can say is that it happens, and it happens on mirror. MGI said it was due to the core client so I don't know, it happens when you run scripts naturally.

2) I finally found out why this was happening. The bot was misclicking on a F2P world as it went to choose a world to hop to. For example, if it tried to select world 306 or 309, it would sometimes misclick on world 308 on the in-game world switcher which is right in between. I'm assuming this is script related and I'll have this looked into.

3) This goes for the same as #1. It never happened when I was trying to force it to happen but it does happen. I'm running client version .77 with mirror 1.055 due to not being able to to use any other mirror version past .055 because of the incorrect object loading bug that needs to be fixed. It will try to type in "example@yahoo.com" but it will type something like "example@yahoo.cm" it will skip over a random character in either the username or pass. I don't know what else to say other than MGI said it was because of the core client.  It will sometimes type it wrong so many times the script terminates and the console says something along the lines of "You have typed in your account credentials incorrectly too many times" terminating script. It will also sometimes type it in wrong and then just freeze and not re-try, probably due to the first bug.

This is all the info I can give for this, lmk if you need anything else.
