So i was going through my bank statement and noticed 9.99$ fee every 31 days for the past 3 months from paypal.

 

Decided to check my paypal and noticed it was a reacquiring payment from osbot for VIP.

 

But i do not have VIP and i havent had vip for over 60 days.

 

Please assist here because i have been getting charged for vip but as you can see I am not VIP

Make sure you cancel the preapproved payments but if you need any other assistance you should pm dex.

VIP automatically renew's you have to manually stop it and about the issue of not having VIP, speak with Dex or a staff member about it.

You most likely cancelled it and forgot to cancel it on PayPal as it's a 2 step cancellation fee. I would suggest you cancel it on paypal as well if you haven't done so already and apply here for re-imbursement/activation: http://osbot.org/forum/forum/150-refund-requests/
