I got a question

 

-Well , i'm trying to find over yt and stuff for a good TRAINING PLACE ( 60str, 5def , 5atc , 57range, 45hp and 51 prayer = my stats )

 

NO Rock crabs , because the bot of it isnt verry good ( slow )

 

So i'm gonna use Andy bot , works good , but i need to find NPC's for it.  Yah , rock crabs wont work on it..

Any Suggestions?

-Monsters needs to be alive already :P

 

Yaks are good with andes, i would suggest  a ring of life tho....

Divine is coming out with an aoi combat trainer and it comes with a lot of good bots.

It's called master bot i think and shes always adding more script.

I used to train my defense with Experiments.  56XP per kill. (Although this is not an NPC) This method raised me from approx 80 defense to 87.

You dont have to finish the yak quest (aka Fremmenik Trials) to get to yaks just start it. and there is a safe place to range or mage yaks,

You could kill Al Kharid scorpions? theyre low level but good xp an hour...

most i ever got hit by scorpions is 1 yeah,.,,,,

In the end tho whatever you decide take a ROL so you don't get owned by the swarm

so why dont you just quest? questing items are needed to look like a pro. (zerk helm/neitzhelm/dragon scim/mithril gloves for pure
