I would charge back because you didn't exactly get what you paid for. Pretty sure you can go check what you got banned for.

It's not reportable anymore. Go to the report abuse feature and there won't be a report option for it anymore. Also, I believe a couple weeks back they said it was allowed on a stream.

They also goldfarm by hand (green dragon killer that look like bots but are humans),

they don't talk as they don't know english. Jagex bans them for goldfarming even though they do it per hand.

Were the original green dragon killer bots actually bots in the years of 2005-2006ish? I didn't know bot scripts were very advanced back then to be able to tele away from pkers, bank, death walk, restock after being killed, etc. I seen some clips of the "bots" burrying all their bones before they were pked
