Now, it's obviously not hard to make ribbons in PS (as there are vast tutorials), but I really don't think you made any (or much of these).

He is giving them out for FREE, not for a profit or anything so its not a problem. 1

I don't care about that. There was no need to claim he made them when he clearly didn't.
