Does mirror mode work for linux?

I currently use Ubuntu and wanted to try mirror client mode however I seem to get this error http://gyazo.com/a31378b82addd7eccf2ce965d31e9816

 

I currently have the latest JDK version (from Oracle not OpenJDK) and more than sufficient hardware.  I'm unaware if it's currently only working for windows so wanted to make sure.

You could try using a Virtual Machine.

Because the code hasn't been ported for other operating systems.
