Read the startup instructions (the spoiler might be bugged for you, causing you to have to scroll all the way down to the page) and start both your character and the script 100% like the thread states. You're the only one stating that the script is completely unusable, I'm pretty confident that this is a user-error on your end as another that posted above you just mentioned to have reached 99 construction using the script. It's the osrs client setting where you can choose fixed or resizable. Basically, whenever you can see 'through' the inventory background, you're on resizable as opposed to fixed mode.
