Explanation:Asked for pest control service done by hand , so deal was 58-60 att 56-60 str done at pest control.

i go to work come back account is still logged in so i msg him to ask on skype it says hes away, i go on chat everyone said he passed out hours ago, also i called him on skype still no answer but account is still logged in.

I've alerted @Zakum about the dispute, i'd move him to TWC but he is already there. Could you please provide screenshots of the Skype conversation where you agree on the service to be done by hand. Also do you have any proof that the account was indeed logged in for 5 hours and botting, there is very little evidence for us to go off, the more you can gather the easier it is for us to come to a decision. I was never told that I was to do the service by hand. I think we have a midunderstanding here as he stated he never got banned for botting, I was taking full responsibility if it was banned for botting.

I am resolving this with the user at the moment. I would have resolved it with him earlier but I was asleep at the time. He agrees that it was a misunderstanding and I will be refunding him of his 2.5m 07

Looking at the screenshot he provided i can see how you might interpret that, and how it is a misunderstanding. I would however like you to refund him the part of the order that was not complete as he was under the impression you were doing it legit. I feel that is a fair resolution to this. If the account is however banned in the next 48 hours if you could provide him with a bond as well. If you can come to an agreement via Skype on a refund date and then post screenshots of the trade that would be great so i can close this.
