After you pm a mod you should gather as much evidence as possible in order to file a dispute if necessary as well.

In the meantime, I am going to request to a mod that this thread be locked as well as the OP is banned, and the topic has changed too much.

User is banned for leaking private information of an user off site.

Once he's unbanned off site he's allowed to come back.

Do not trade with a banned user as there's always the possibility that you're getting scammed.
