I got my RS3 main that I have had for over 10 years banned because I started an 07 character with the same name that got banned for botting. How that hell does that makes sense? What if someone else picked that name and got my RS3 main banned? Very pissed, even though I have never played RS3.

It's possible, 100%. I've never actually unbanned any accounts myself but I used to contact JaGeX quite often and am very sure it's possible to get your account back speaking to them. On what you should say, I have no clue.

As everyone else said it's hard to get banned, and i've got banned twice now for things I didn't do. Although one time I DID get banned for botting and I appealed for it saying I was hacked or something like that, and it got unbanned which was weird? So yeah, it's kinda random..

I don't even think it works anymore. Just go on the account recovery page and select like "I think someone has access to my account but i dont know what they changed"
