i need a 100% afk method so i can leave my pc on while i work..

 

Nightmarezone is not AFK enough at under 70 def

 

 

 

method Explained 

 

Regen bracelet increases the amount healed over time from 1HP to 2HP

 

rapid heal cuts the heal time from 60 seconds to 30 seconds

 

and rapid heal take very little prayer (at 43 you can last 17.3 mins with +8 prayer bonus)

 

 

heal 4HP every 60 seconds and get a SGS spec for extra heals and prayer points

 

 

 

 

Bandits seem to hit a max of 15 per min at 50 def

Well it will depend on your current combat stats and there's some luck involved with the sgs specs. So why not just go for a test run first?

several hours is not afk enough? with lets say 60-60-60 you can afk AT LEAST 1 hour using this method, just not wearing dharoks

Well he has to set it up and test it out somehow if he wants to be 100% sure. That's why I said to do a test run and check howmuch he relies on the sgs spec.

SGS Always heals 10HP and 5 Prayer at least. 2 1/2 Minutes to refill 50% special attack, meaning every 2 1/2 minutes you would be gaining 20HP. If bandits are hitting you for 15 Damage a minute, you're going to die in around 7-8 minutes

 

EDIT: SGS Always heals 10HP and 5 Prayer if it hits at least. Whoops. So 7-8 Minutes assuming you hit at least a 1 everytime

got 60+ def yesterday and it ran for over 2 hours without SGS before I had to eat (just high def gear and regen + prayer)

70/75 attack now so ill check with sgs tonight hopefully
