What is allowed in a script

What is the purpose of this question? Why do you want to know the things you can and can't do in a script? What are your plans? Would be easier to mentioned what you were planning on doing. That way, we wouldn't have to exhaust every stupid possibility (like no porn, no hacking, no killing the president, no hunting til hunting season...)

Is it allowed to remove the mouse and paint listeners?

you can do what ever you want its your script. As long as there  is no malicious code. Also it cant not be time limited. It can be featureless.
