Try to minimize the gui once to have it display as it's intended .

The only problem ive encountered is that when bot gets off the ship from either karamja or Port sarim, he will stand on ship for approximately 15 seconds before unboarding and walking to bank/fishing spot.

It's just a regular fisher at Karamja. Nothing more, nothing less.

Multiple times, script pauses due to "not enough gp." This happens regardless of how much gp my player has on them.

This happens during fishing and no where near the pay fare prompt. Script logs the player out and sits idle while logged in at the click here to play screen. 

Is this a known bug?
