Salmons, trouts. I am using shrimps at Al-Kharid warriors with Qbot's script. Because when it see herb, it will eat food if theres no space in inventory and picks it up. Those warriors arent doing me any/much damage. Because of that I am using shrimps there, just for bit safety.

lobs or tuna, I've always just used trout / salmon myself but I'm still relatively low in combat

Depends on where you train.

 

I'm using lobs almost anywhere though.

well id use tuna, trout or salmon plus if your training in the stronghold of security you can get free trout and salmon off the people power fishing :)
