The prayer milestones for me are 15 ,45 , 70 or 99

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I personally would go for 43.

If so 43 if you like to do deep wild pking etc.

 

31 if just chill edge pking.

I would just go 43 pray.

43 is too useful to pass up. Its like 2 cmb lvls and you have protect prayers for ez questing and just in case for pvp.
