Already replied that question for you in chatbox, but will explain for other users wondering if they can get an old username.

 

1. You need to be VIP/Sponsor.

2. You have to stick with the name for a long time and can't change it after a few days.

4. You have to be active.

4. The old account has to be inactive for a long period (1-2 years).
