So in a few days the ban on one of my higher lvl accounts will expire, what's the chance that i'll get permed if i get another ban on that account?

It'll be a perm next time they catch you botting.

Pretty much it's a perma ban.

 

I think they tend to keep an eye on those who have already been warned (temp ban)
