Jagex Mod doesn't wanna reply anymore. Help!

Featured Replies

Hello!

I had a few Runescape accounts stolen recently. On that basis I have send Jagex 4 massages in the past 1 month to player support.

Out of those 4, I retrieved the accounts back 3 times where Jagex answered back approximately in 3 days. However, when I tried doing it with more accounts, I have found that Jagex don't reply to my massages anymore. I have send one massage 14 days ago but still no reply!

Can some1 help me with advice how can I send them massage so they will reply?

I was thinking that maybe there is a restriction (filter) on the IP or maybe on the same email used. Could that be the case?

Thank you and have a nice day!

Maybe jagex thinks you're lying because you claim that so many accs were stolen

Maybe you should stop selling them and recovering them?

If they think you are buying/selling accounts and that is why you are recovering so many accounts, they will sometimes stop reply.  Plus, I hope you sent them "mEssages" and not "mAssages"

This is like calling up your insurance company every week saying your car was stolen and you need a new one.

if your account his been stolen this many times you computer has a rat or keylogger... maybe you should fix that first
