dadada1 Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Hello! I had a few Runescape accounts stolen recently. On that basis I have send Jagex 4 massages in the past 1 month to player support. Out of those 4, I retrieved the accounts back 3 times where Jagex answered back approximately in 3 days. However, when I tried doing it with more accounts, I have found that Jagex don't reply to my massages anymore. I have send one massage 14 days ago but still no reply! Can some1 help me with advice how can I send them massage so they will reply? I was thinking that maybe there is a restriction (filter) on the IP or maybe on the same email used. Could that be the case? Thank you and have a nice day!

SupremeLeader Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 If they think you are buying/selling accounts and that is why you are recovering so many accounts, they will sometimes stop reply. Plus, I hope you sent them "mEssages" and not "mAssages"
