May 18, 201510 yr you have over doubled the weight on dead lifts.... they can snap your back so be careful not to over do it
May 28, 201510 yr Author o hai, i just stopped doing squats - my legs are burning (6-7 hours of cycling/week, with uphills on 100% power), also bench press is lil bit hard for me :P
