Aiming for 68-70kg before i start lifting and building the muscle. GL same over here!, Im 23, and 2 years ago i was 108kg, went to 72 in 1 year of caridos, and now, after 1 year of strength training, i have 86kg and 9% bf

Chuckle Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 you have over doubled the weight on dead lifts.... they can snap your back so be careful not to over do it
pitoluwa Posted May 28, 2015 Author Posted May 28, 2015 o hai, i just stopped doing squats - my legs are burning (6-7 hours of cycling/week, with uphills on 100% power), also bench press is lil bit hard for me :P
