I can look into using quick prayer but having it flick it might be a stretch Atleast if I can flick the eagly eye or ultimate strenght for the extra boost. This would be fine and some more xp. Using fury, berserker ring (I), fighter helm, fighter torso, rune boots, barrows gloves.
