22 prayer minimum for prayer flicking if you want to do absorptions efficiently. but with 22 prayer getting enough points to do absorptions will be hard. butif u have prayer you can do it with 1 defence.

Added them both and also fixed grabbing the equipment thats equipped for special attack weapon. was just a missing line D:
