I can't add more tabs even though i'm VIP

so just a few minutes ago i was going to add another tab for another account, but it says i'm not VIP so i can't. however i have 2 tabs open already and i'm clearly still VIP...unless my VIP will end today? i can't remember when i bought VIP so could you check that for me aswell...

Notice the bot says OFFLINE, that's why. Just wait the servers should be back up soon.

it doesn't say offline on the client for me.

If you just bought VIP you need to open another client to let the effect sink in, which as VIP you can open multiple windows/tabs as well.

 

Although login servers are down at the moment so you may have trouble connecting.

When the servers are back online your problem should stop. You can not open anymore tabs because of this reason. If your problem persists send me a private message.
