The client worked fine today but since a half hour he won't log in to the remote server

Login/verifcation server is down at the moment, wait a little bit and try again.

 

No need to start a hype that we're getting hacked if anyone feels the need to start that too by the way. We have tight security. It's probably just the server provider again...

How is it possible that some people can log in?! and we can't? 

It's not possible. Login servers are down. They were already running bots prior to us going offline. We're not being ddosed otherwise our site would probably be down. We're not being hacked either. It's the server provider.
