Make world hopping faster

Currently the world hopping is really slow with really long breaks between each time the world hopper activates in order to log in, pick a world etc.

    I've made a couple threads about this before and even told @Alek the same exact thing. 

    +1 noticed it's gotten slow since botting rares in 2013

    The cycles were lowered for performance. There are two random events which are involved as well; the world hopper itself and then the welcome screen. Despite that, world hopping in general is going through a pretty large re-work this week.
