What is the best bot to run to get account started on a skill, maybe rs or rc any of those. 

I wouldn't recommend that you keep it level 3 or just train 1 skill. These are the account that most often get banned, do a couple quests, train some combat, and then get 99 hunter for a free 50m 07.

First things first, level there combat somewhat. Nothing high just not a lvl3.
And I'd do Mining since motherload miner is about to get a big boost in game.

What is the best bot to use from lvl 9 RC ? cant use the abyss because stats to low like 4 defense.
