what would he/she look like, what would their personality be like, how old would they be,what job would they have, etc.

Well considering our opinion of the internet's "personality" comes from the people who use the internet ones viewpoint will be much different that others based on your experience with the internet really tough question but interesting 

 

I'd say because people can use the internet to voice opinions anonymously, meaning often without consideration to others, and there are so many who do that it would be a fairly arrogant & condescending person.
