I've been debating whether to start a rs3 to 07 swapping cc for a while, and I feel like I should. I could use a couple of loyal/trustworthy people to help start it up with me. I'd join, but I helped a few people start up who all just ended up scamming, so sorry.

I actually created a CC for this exact project and had 10 advertisement accounts running. But I ended up closing it down pretty quick due to it being to much work alone.
