Explanation: Purchessed an account of him and then was informed that he had NO acesss to the account or the email. I instantly asked for a refund when he responded that i would have to wait to tomorrow. I have waited and not heard anything. I want the account or my 34m back.

For me it is, and also at this pont i would rather a refund. i am sketched out that he is recovering it atm.

How is there any confusion on the account info, he is the original owner? How did the account get messed up any ways? If I were you, I would demand a refund. He obviously has all the information to recover the account, telling you he doesn't is a clear lie.
