Dispute against Yish

Eurgh. Paid him 4M earlier tonight to do a Torso for me. He hadn't contacted me back for like 4 hours so I logged onto the account and found it at GE. He's taken the 4M I paid him and another 10M I had on the account. Don't really know what proof I need. Just ask for whatever you need...

Thanks Noah. Also the screenshot below proves he never did any progress towards the torso, and it's only on room 2 because I got it there before.
